Please review the following information, concerning repair services, from Washington State’s Landlord Tenant Act (RCW 59.18.070): A landlord is required is required to make repairs after receipt of written notice within the following time periods: (These apply to repairs not created by the negligence, intentional damage or an accident caused by the Tenant):
1. “ Within twenty-four (24) hours, where the defective condition deprives the tenant of hot or cold water, heat or electricity or is imminently hazardous to life.”

2. “Within seventy-two (72) hours, where the defective condition deprives the tenant of the use of a refrigerator, range and over, or a major plumbing fixture provided by the landlord.”

3. “Within ten (10) days all other cases.”
“If completion is delayed due to circumstances beyond the landlord’s control, including the unavailability of financing, the landlord shall remedy the defective condition as soon as possible.”While these are statutory requirements, it will be the goal of Lease Source Property Management to make all repairs at the earliest time.
